I will be adding forms for having your computer repaired to the website very soon. These forms will make it more efficient for getting your computer fixed and back to you. Some of the information that will be on the form are things like: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Problems you have, User-name and Password (For the system only). This will assist us in working on the system, so we will know what happened prior to you bringing us the computer. The main reason for having the file online is so that we are not asking you everything as we need it.

As a note on privacy, we will only keep the do(edited)ent for 60 days at which time we will delete it from email, computers, and any hard copies that we used, unless specific permission was given to keep it on file. This form will only be used by us and not distributed to anyone. The only time we will ask for any passwords other than the system password is if we are setting up email accounts or setting up Internet accounts.
